Objective: To reduce Bearing failures due to faulty practices and work towards 100% designed life of Bearings.

 It is not surprising to note that Bearing failures have been a major source of trouble for plant managers and engineers everywhere. However what is surpising is the phenomenally high percentage of Bearing failures due to faulty mounting, dismounting and handling practices. Some surveys indicate the failures to be as high as 70%.

 What is worse, a large majority of Bearings are damaged even before they are put into service.

 In this 'Problem Area', which is tackled by Antimu Tools, the tools have been designed after extensive experience in Bearing Industry and problems encountered on site. The design and construction is geared towards on Goal i.e. to mount the bearings without damage.
