Marketing Department :

The marketing is done on All India basis with emphasis being on direct marketing .This is supplemented by support from local marketing agents / distributors located throughout the important / strategic industrial centres of India. Exhibitions / Seminar participations,advertising are some of the other promotional methods used to supplement direct customers visits.Customer data management is Computerized.

Manufacturing Department :

The department is equipped for preparing computer aided drawings & designs. Special requirements for Bearing Housings as required by customers are incorporated on computer floppies and sent to customers or can be sent as Email attachments. Various sub-contractors are involved in different manufacturing process under strict quality control norms laid down and supervised by the company. Gauges and Instruments used for quality control are all regularly caliberated. Third Party inspection clauses are accepted.

Finance Department :

The billing,financial accounting as well as inventory is fully computerised since last
10 years. This is the first area of computerisation in the company and is based on a specially designed software package . The package is capable of providing all the MIS required for the efficient working of the organisation.
